INITIAL CONTACT
TMS Relocation begins the homesearch programme before you leave your home country, establishing communication by telephone and emailing a housing questionnaire for completion. This allows us to begin to understand what your requirements may be and what you may or may not know about living in the UK. On receipt of the completed questionnaire we discuss specific requirements in detail, giving guidance and suggestions on possible property locations, together with an overview of the UK housing market relevant to each individual’s needs. We can also provide property examples allowing a visual guide to the type of property that may be available within the price range and locations required. | |

ACCOMPANIED PROPERTY VIEWINGS
TMS screen the property market according to your requirements just prior to
your viewing dates, and arrange appointments with the various agents accordingly. | |
- Accompany assignee on housing visits.
- On selection of property, review with assignee to establish a “wish list”.
- Negotiation of terms, rent etc.. with agent.
- Lease review and negotiation until all sides approved and signed.
- Arrange inventory check in Transfer of utilities.
- Provide area information including names of local doctors, dentists etc.
