INITIAL CONTACT
TMS receives instruction from the assignees HR department, International assignment team or the independent assignee to serve notice to the Landlord or his agent.

TMS will contact the Tenant / Occupier of the property to discuss any maintenance issues that may have arisen during the initial term of the tenancy prior to negotiations with the letting Agent or Landlord.

• Contact is made with the Tenant / Occupier to inform them of the tenancy termination process and answer any questions and establish a move out date.
• Information supplied to Tenant / Occupier detailing responsibilities under the Tenancy Agreement andrequesting details of utility accounts.
• Arrange cleaning quotations and once accepted instruct cleaning company.
• Arrange inventory check out and advise Tenant / Occupier of date time.
• Transfer of utilities.
• Negotiation of any dilapidation claim with the Landlord / Agent / Tenant
  or Occupier Deposit return.
